Although the doctor was friendly and seemed to listen, he was quick to jump to only one solution and not discuss any others. I felt as though any ideas I offered were dismissed as invalid. It felt more like I was being dished out standard protocol rather than considering me as a whole patient.

I was not directed to or given any info about the BayCare Patient Portal. Being familiar with patient portals in general and accessing them in my home state I explored BayCare on my own and signed up for an account. I did find past and recent blood work reports which were very helpful. Perhaps a more consistent outreach with all patients to encourage patient portal access and use would helpful overall.

My experience with the care provider was outstanding. He was a professional and was very knowledgeable about my disease.
